Dynamic Duos 8

Still here.  I broke out of my crafting slump yesterday, creating 4 cards.

Today’s card was made with the Dynamic Duos #8 challenge in mind, although I think my lighter green isn’t a spot on match.  Actually, it might not even be close.  But you know what?  I’m just going to take whatever creativity I can get and whenever I can get it these days!  So here it is:

I’ve seen some embossed vellum lately, and I wanted to try it.  It wasn’t as tough as I thought it would be.  I used some Hampton Arts cling stamps for the two butterflies, creating a few extras for practice while I was at it.

Thanks for stopping by today. 😉

Challenge Photos:

Inks:  Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Embellishments:  Rhinestones (Recollections); White Embossing Powder

Hi Alley, I love the butterflies. I was wondering which butterflies they are. I would love to buy the stamps but, I can’t find them on the Hero Art website.
    Thank you

Hi Alley, I don’t know why I read it as Hero Art, but I see that it is Hampton Arts. Sorry for the mistake. I found the stamp! Your card is beautiful.

Thanks so much for taking the time to comment.
